Security Question Workflow: Upon first time login user is directed to a page to set initial security questions. These can be generated by the user or defined by the administrators.
Forgot Password: Before authenticating, it allows users to enter in their screen name and be faced with their security questions. After successfully answering the questions user can update their password.
Reset Password: Once logged in users can change their password. The password requirements are clearly listed above the portlet for user's convenience.
Email Confirmation: After password is changed an email is sent to the user's address to confirm they had made they change.
